SYNCRIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNCRIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,433 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNCRIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASF1A, DNAJC1, and NONO. Each is linked with SYNCRIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNCRIP-to-partner and partner-to-SYNCRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNCRIP versus ASF1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNCRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNCRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
