Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,493 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAGLN, CNN3, and FERMT2. Each is linked with SYNC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNC-to-partner and partner-to-SYNC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNC versus TAGLN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
