SYN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTX1, NCLN, and GCC1. Each is linked with SYN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN3-to-partner and partner-to-SYN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
