Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,404 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN1, PSME2, and LRRFIP1. Each is linked with SYN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN2-to-partner and partner-to-SYN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYN2 versus SPTBN1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
