Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,977 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNC1I1, UNC13C, and PI16. Each is linked with SYN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN2-to-partner and partner-to-SYN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYN2 versus DYNC1I1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
