Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, PRAMEF13, and PXMP4. Each is linked with SYN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN2-to-partner and partner-to-SYN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by SYN2-low versus SYN2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
