Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF2, TIGAR, and CD49b. Each is linked with SYN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN2-to-partner and partner-to-SYN2 results are reported.
