SYN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 893 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGED1, NDFIP1, and DHX36. Each is linked with SYN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN2-to-partner and partner-to-SYN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYN2 versus MAGED1 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
