Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP3B2_S735, SRA1, and TRIP11. Each is linked with SYN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN1-to-partner and partner-to-SYN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYN1 versus AP3B2_S735 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
