SYN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, C-Raf, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with SYN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN1-to-partner and partner-to-SYN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by SYN1-low versus SYN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
