Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,547 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal complex assembly, Protein-DNA complex organization, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions. Each is linked with SYN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN1-to-partner and partner-to-SYN1 results are reported.
