SYN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL2. Each is linked with SYN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN1-to-partner and partner-to-SYN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SH3GL2 grouped by SYN1-low versus SYN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
