Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYMPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,326 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYMPK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, PNKP, and IRF2BP1_S384. Each is linked with SYMPK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYMPK-to-partner and partner-to-SYMPK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYMPK versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYMPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYMPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
