Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYMPK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,691 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYMPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXO1, IGFBP7, and PHYHIP. Each is linked with SYMPK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYMPK-to-partner and partner-to-SYMPK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYMPK versus EXO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYMPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYMPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
