Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYMPK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYMPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, ACC1, and MEK1. Each is linked with SYMPK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYMPK-to-partner and partner-to-SYMPK results are reported.
