SYF2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYF2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,917 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYF2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MALAT1, RSKR, and C9orf131. Each is linked with SYF2P2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2P2-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYF2P2 versus MALAT1 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYF2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYF2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
