Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYF2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,694 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYF2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with SYF2P2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2P2-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I grouped by SYF2P2-low versus SYF2P2-high in STAD.
