Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYF2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,968 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYF2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and Regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with SYF2P1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2P1-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2P1 results are reported.
