SYF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,015 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DFFA, CROCC, and RPS6KA1. Each is linked with SYF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYF2 versus DFFA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
