SYF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,364 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP48, PPP1R8, and CEP85. Each is linked with SYF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYF2 versus USP48 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
