Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,025 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPA1, PPP1R8, and RBBP4. Each is linked with SYF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYF2 versus SNRPA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
