Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,212 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication proofreading, Positive regulation of mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, and UDP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SYF2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2 results are reported.
