Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYDE2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SYDE2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SYDE2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYDE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and CHOL are the cancer types where SYDE2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
