SYDE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYDE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,461 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGEF2, KIDINS220, and EPC2. Each is linked with SYDE2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYDE2 versus ARFGEF2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
