SYDE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYDE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,682 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPR, SRP54, and CCT8_S537. Each is linked with SYDE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYDE2 versus SPR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
