SYDE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYDE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPDU1, TXNL4A, and SKA1. Each is linked with SYDE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPDU1 grouped by SYDE2-low versus SYDE2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
