Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYDE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,677 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA destabilization, Protein localization to vacuole, and Regulation of nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with SYDE2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE2 results are reported.
