SYDE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYDE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf40, SPAG11A, and RNASE9. Each is linked with SYDE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf40 grouped by SYDE2-low versus SYDE2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
