SYDE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYDE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,610 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, AEBP1, and EMILIN1. Each is linked with SYDE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE1-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYDE1 versus SERPINH1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYDE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYDE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
