SYDE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYDE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,289 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXAP3, RNU6-503P, and ZADH2. Each is linked with SYDE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE1-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXAP3 grouped by SYDE1-low versus SYDE1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYDE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYDE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
