Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYDE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,428 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Positive regulation of nitric-oxide synthase activity, and Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity. Each is linked with SYDE1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE1-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE1 results are reported.
