SYCP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP222, ADM, and LAMTOR1. Each is linked with SYCP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP3-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP222 grouped by SYCP3-low versus SYCP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
