SYCP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, IGFBP2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SYCP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP3-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by SYCP3-low versus SYCP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
