SYCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,931 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C18orf25, RAD21, and ZYX_S15. Each is linked with SYCP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP2-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
