Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,781 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Vesicle targeting, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SYCP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP2-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP2 results are reported.
