Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,660 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with SYCP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP1-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP1 results are reported.
