SYCP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 200 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC166, CD300H, and COX7B2. Each is linked with SYCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP1-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
