SYCE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,551 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTLL12, UBE2T, and CAMSAP3. Each is linked with SYCE3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCE3-to-partner and partner-to-SYCE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
