The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher SYCE2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYCE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
TGCT are the cancer types where SYCE2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
