Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYBU Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SYBU data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SYBU Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYBU expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and OV are the cancer types where SYBU Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
