SYBU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYBU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,155 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYBU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYBU_S198, CEP170, and DEPTOR. Each is linked with SYBU in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYBU-to-partner and partner-to-SYBU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYBU versus SYBU_S198 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYBU→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYBU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
