Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYBU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,609 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYBU-associated genes across cancer lineages are LBR, PLEKHG7, and HCAR1. Each is linked with SYBU in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYBU-to-partner and partner-to-SYBU results are reported.
