Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYBU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYBU-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSP1P1, RNU6-840P, and COMMD9. Each is linked with SYBU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYBU-to-partner and partner-to-SYBU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSP1P1 grouped by SYBU-low versus SYBU-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYBU→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYBU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
