Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYBU mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYBU-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SYBU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYBU-to-partner and partner-to-SYBU results are reported.
