Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYBU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYBU-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP27, FSHR, and CCDC195. Each is linked with SYBU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYBU-to-partner and partner-to-SYBU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP27 grouped by SYBU-low versus SYBU-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYBU→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYBU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
