SWT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,113 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, RPRD2, and BROX. Each is linked with SWT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWT1-to-partner and partner-to-SWT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SWT1 versus RO60 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
