SWT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,956 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC39A6, CTSZ, and ST8SIA5. Each is linked with SWT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWT1-to-partner and partner-to-SWT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SWT1 versus SLC39A6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
