SWT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC25C, NCAPH2, and DNTTIP2. Each is linked with SWT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWT1-to-partner and partner-to-SWT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC25C grouped by SWT1-low versus SWT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
