Across TCGA cell cohorts, SWT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,467 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of autophagosome assembly, Regulation of vacuole organization, and Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with SWT1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWT1-to-partner and partner-to-SWT1 results are reported.
