SWSAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWSAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWSAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-176P, RNA5SP179, and APONP. Each is linked with SWSAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SWSAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-176P grouped by SWSAP1-low versus SWSAP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
